Terms of Service

The plain-language terms that apply when you hire PrintWitty to build your site.

Agreement to Terms

By requesting a mockup, hiring PrintWitty for a website project, or using printwitty.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services — but reach out and we're happy to talk it through.

Our Services

PrintWitty designs and builds websites on a flat-rate, project basis. Current published tiers are Starter ($350), Business ($850), and Custom ($1,750+) — exact scope, pages, and features for your project are agreed on before work begins, in writing (text, email, or call notes both work).

Free Mockups

We build a free, no-obligation mockup before you pay anything. A mockup is a preview meant to demonstrate what a finished site could look like — it may include placeholder text or sample imagery until you provide final content, and it is not itself a deliverable you're entitled to keep or use if you decide not to move forward with paid work.

Payment

  • Pricing is flat-rate and agreed upon before work begins — no surprise invoices.
  • Payment terms (deposit, milestone, or full payment) are set per project and confirmed with you directly.
  • Domain registration, hosting fees, and paid third-party tools (e.g. booking or ordering platforms) are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions & Turnaround

Each tier includes a reasonable number of revision rounds during the build. Turnaround times quoted (e.g. "5-day delivery") are estimates and depend on how quickly you provide content, feedback, and approvals.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design as delivered. PrintWitty retains the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials, including this site, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any third-party assets used (stock photography, icon sets, fonts, or licensed plugins) remain subject to their original licenses.

Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and legal rights to any content (text, images, logos) you supply for use on your site.

No Guarantee of Results

We build fast, well-structured, mobile-friendly websites — but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes like search rankings, traffic, or sales, since those depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

PrintWitty's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project before completion. If work has already been done, you're responsible for paying for work completed up to that point, prorated against the agreed price.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the update.
